Shipping & costs
The modalities for shipping and costs are described in our AGB's All costs are also clearly visible for the relevant product and in the product basket during the checkout process.
In summary, the following applies to our customers as consumers:
- Prices include VAT
- Shipping costs DE/AT/FL/CH: none
- Shipping costs to other countries: between EUR 4 and 25 depending on the country
- The customer shall bear the costs of any return shipment
Returns
The voluntary return option and the statutory right of withdrawal are described in our AGB's regulated in detail.
In summary, our customers are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act:
- 14-day (statutory) withdrawal period (we must specify this due to EU/EEA legal regulations)
- 30 days return option from receipt of the goods (60 days for ZenPad Zyklus)
If you return your ZenPad within 30 days, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance via our contact form and give us your reason and in any case the order/invoice number and your estimated name. Once we have received the faultless goods, we will refund the purchase price to you. The refund will be made via your payment method (generally via Stripe). You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.
What is the difference between the 14-day withdrawal period and the 30-day return option?The withdrawal period is uniformly regulated by EU law for online purchases. We extend this period to 30 days, i.e. these periods have different legal bases and cannot be "added together".
What does this mean for you? That it is not only within 14 days but within 30 days from receipt of the goods (the 30-day period begins 3 days after posting by ViCo Systems GmbH as the seller). The 30 days (or 60 days for the ZenPad cycle) allow you to test the ZenPads extensively. We are sure that you - like hundreds of testers before you - will be satisfied with our products!
